Account Executive

Position Overview

·         Facilitate, encourage and support the relationship building of existing accounts.

·         Develop new sales; manage and grow the current portfolio; achieve annual sales & profitability targets.

·         Provide advanced IM/IT consulting services to our clients using a business solutions and relationship-driven approach.

·         Support the development of account and opportunity pursuit strategies.

·         Propose and provide IM/IT solutions to our clients.

·         Co-ordinate with delivery teams to ensure customer focused solutions.

·         Support in sales and proposal processes.

 

 

Qualifications

·         Strong communication skills and demonstrated experience in building customer relationships at the management level and above.

·         Strong sales ability and experience selling integrated IM/IT solutions.

·         Strong sales background linked with broad technical/business knowledge in Enterprise Content Management including IM (Open Text eDOCS & LiveLink and Microsoft SharePoint).

 

Additional

·         A University Degree in Communications, Marketing or Business, or other related discipline.

·         Minimum 3 years of sales experience (preferable in selling professional services and background in Public Sector industries).

·         Excellent interpersonal and client service skills, with ability to develop contacts.

·         Excellent verbal and written communications skills.

·         Self-starter, independent and proactive.

·         Ability to handle multiple assignments and manage major projects.

·         Sound understanding of the tools and technology applied to the IM/IT discipline is critical.

Bridgetown is currently looking for ECM (SharePoint and LiveLink) professionals to fill current opportunities with our clients.  We are seeking experienced resources in the following categories:

 

·         Technical Analysts

o    To architect, design and implement ECM solutions (document management and workflow) for collaborative client environments.

 

·         Developers

o    To design, develop and implement ECM solutions.

 

·         Business Analysts

o    To analyze and document client business requirements of the proposed ECM solutions.

 

·         Trainers

o    Provide ECM deployment expertise, guidance and training.

 

These positions require professionals with experience in MS SharePoint Server 2007 (MOSS), MS SharePoint 2007, MS SharePoint Designer 2007, and OpenText LiveLink ECM.
